Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites. This regional role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining cooling systems, conducting performance checks, and responding to service calls, including emergencies.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified
• 3+ years commercial HVAC maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass DOT physical

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and replace components
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform maintenance and upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call outs
• Complete daily work reports timely and accurately
