You'll join the Grafana Cloud k6 squad, building and operating performance testing products at scale for teams worldwide. Your core impact will be establishing engineering excellence and SRE practices to ensure reliability and availability of distributed cloud systems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement production-quality software.
• Guide teams in designing and operating large-scale distributed cloud systems.
• Build and scale operational excellence through standards and coaching.
• Define reliability frameworks like SLIs/SLOs and error budgets.

📋 Requirements

• Strong programming background in a modern language (Python, Go).
• Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong experience with SRE practices and production systems at scale.
• Experience defining or applying SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, or reliability metrics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with containerized systems (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS).
• Familiarity with observability tooling (Grafana stack).
• Experience with Python, Go, JavaScript, or Jsonnet.
