💼 About This Role

You'll partner with dedicated enterprise customers to optimize their use of LiveAction's Network Intelligence platform, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex network challenges. Your core impact is ensuring seamless network visibility and performance for strategic accounts.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with dedicated enterprise customers to optimize LiveAction product use.
  • Own technical relationship and act as trusted advisor for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct Health Check reviews and lead technical discussions.
  • Reproduce customer issues in test environments and collaborate with Engineering.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical support or network engineering role.
  • Hands-on experience with SNMP, NetFlow/IPFIX/sFlow, and QoS.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and packet analysis.
  • Experience with Linux systems and log analysis.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with enterprise customers and high-quality service delivery.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
