💼 About This Role

You'll lead non-clinical operations at an autism therapy clinic, supporting patients, families, and teammates. You ensure a productive environment as second-in-command to the Clinical Director. This role offers growth opportunities in a supportive healthcare setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule new patient assessments and family tours
• Handle new patient onboarding and scheduling
• Monitor patient and teammate attendance
• Lead clinic morale committee and organize events

📋 Requirements

• 4-year degree from an accredited university
• At least 1 year managing a large team of hourly employees
• Ability to work 7:30-4:30 pm Monday-Friday with occasional evenings/weekends
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
