Description

You will lead global corporate and operational legal matters, play a central role in M&A and strategic transactions, and advise on governance across jurisdictions. You'll draft and negotiate commercial contracts, manage due diligence and data compliance, and partner with internal teams to provide pragmatic legal advice.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years experience in commercial, corporate, and/or transactional law at leading law firm or in-house global tech company
• Comfortable operating independently across broad legal scope with sound judgment and prioritization
• Hands-on experience with M&A, strategic transactions, or complex cross-border projects
• Strong familiarity with data protection, compliance, DDQs, and AI-related legal considerations
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Lead global corporate and operational legal matters (insurance, vendor negotiations, cross-border subsidiaries)
• Play central role in M&A and strategic transactions (structuring, due diligence, negotiation, closing, post-merger integration)
• Advise on global corporate governance across multiple jurisdictions
• Draft, review, negotiate commercial contracts (license, services, SOW) with customers, partners, resellers, data licensors, vendors
• Manage due diligence questionnaires, data compliance reviews, and AI-related legal assessments
