💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center as a skilled technician repairing vehicle interiors and glass. You'll restore upholstery, leather, plastic, and windshields to certified pre-owned standards. You'll enjoy 100% company-paid healthcare and a $4,000 bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair damaged cloth, fabric, leather, plastic, and vinyl interiors.
• Repair center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching.
• Color match and dye cloth and fabric.
• Repair stars, bullseyes, cracks, and scratches in windows/windshields.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional automotive interior and/or glass repair experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Valid driver's license and age 18+.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with mandatory overtime.

✨ Nice to Have

• ASE certifications.
• Experience with color matching and dyeing.
• Experience repairing various glass damage types.
