💼 About This Role

You'll lead the accounting function at Sesame, a healthcare marketplace backed by leading investors. You'll oversee financial reporting, compliance, and scalable systems to support rapid growth. This role offers direct partnership with Co-Founders on strategic financial planning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead all accounting functions including GL, AR, AP, and revenue recognition.
• Oversee monthly close and reporting process for financial statements.
• Establish and maintain internal controls aligned with US GAAP.
• Drive financial systems strategy including ERP and automation.
• Manage tax, compliance, audits, and statutory reporting across jurisdictions.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and SaaS reporting metrics
• Experience owning enterprise finance platforms like Quickbooks
