You'll lead cross-functional expansion initiatives and own the expansion planning & operating cadence at a unicorn EdTech company. This role combines strategy, execution, and operating rigor with direct exposure to senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own expansion planning & operating cadence
• Drive cross-functional expansion initiatives
• Be the single source of truth for expansion performance
• Support strategic decision-making
• Enable execution at scale

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy & operations or similar
• Strong experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Proven ability to turn strategy into execution with OKRs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including data analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in EdTech, marketplaces, or Big Tech
• Passion for education and curiosity about new learning use cases
