🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual therapy to adult and/or child/adolescent populations
• Develop treatment plans and document patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain caseload in flexible work schedule

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed as LMHC (or equivalent) in Rhode Island
• Experience working with adult and/or child/adolescent populations
• Ability to deliver care in hybrid (telemedicine and in-person) setting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT or DBT
• Bilingual abilities
• Prior experience in outpatient group practice
