Description

As a Build Line Lead at Carvana, you will manage a team of hourly associates to meet production and quality goals in our vehicle Inspection Center. You'll oversee vehicle movement, train associates, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using computers
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Oversee day-to-day activities and coach team members
• Train associates using Quality Control standards to minimize re-work
• Prevent and resolve conflict among team members
