You'll own the strategy and design of Harvey Academy's certification and credentialing program. You'll define frameworks, launch exams, and collaborate with Product, User Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure certifications drive customer mastery. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own certification program strategy, design, and rollout across roles and segments.
• Define competency frameworks, learning objectives, and success criteria.
• Design assessments including exams, practical evaluations, and credential requirements.
• Manage enrollment flows, credential issuance, renewals, and learner support.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years leading certification programs for SaaS or AI products.
• Experience designing certifications for professional services audiences.
• Proven ability to build or scale certification or assessment-based initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with certification platforms like Skilljar or Credly.
