You'll own the design and delivery of AI-powered tooling and automation across the full GTM stack at a $2.5B hotel tech unicorn. You'll directly reduce manual processes and increase revenue throughput by building modular AI agents and pipelines for sales, marketing, and operations. This role offers end-to-end ownership without product or design hand-holding, shipping systems that scale without adding headcount.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build AI-powered modules for GTM engineering platform
• Ship AI-powered pipelines: lead scoring, deal enrichment, account radar
• Engage with RevOps leadership to identify build priorities and translate operational pain into technical scope
• Build rapidly, prototype in days, ship to production in weeks

📋 Requirements

• Seven or more years delivering production software in a product-driven company
• Hands-on experience building against CRM/GTM platform APIs (Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent)
• Fluency with LLM APIs and production AI workflows (agents, enrichment, summarisation)
• Track record of leading complex, cross-functional automation initiatives with direct commercial impact
