๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the commercial relationship and revenue growth for Aiven's 6 largest strategic accounts in North America, driving net new expansion ARR within a consumption-based data AI platform. You will deepen penetration across business units and cloud environments, operating at both executive and technical levels to uncover new workloads and use cases.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own net new expansion ARR across 6 named strategic accounts
- Build and maintain 3.5x qualified pipeline coverage using MEDDPICC
- Develop 12-month account plans with whitespace and stakeholder maps
- Identify growth vectors including new services, regions, and business units
- Present quarterly business reviews with account health and risk assessment
๐ Requirements
- Experience managing strategic accounts at large-scale enterprise level
- 10+ years in enterprise sales or account management
- Proven track record of driving expansion ARR in a consumption-based model
- Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder enterprise organizations
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with data infrastructure or cloud-native platforms
- Familiarity with hyperscaler partner ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- MEDDPICC or similar qualification methodology expertise
