You will coach frontline managers, support core HR processes like performance management and employee relations, and help foster a positive, high-performance culture. This role partners with the Senior HRBP and supports the Pharmacy Operations team in a fast-paced, high-growth company.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience with hourly employees
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
  • Experience coaching new and junior managers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Coach frontline managers on employee relations and performance management
  • Review and approve corrective actions and performance improvement plans
  • Assist with employee investigations and documentation
  • Coordinate FMLA, LOA, and accommodation requests
  • Support new hire onboarding and conduct exit interviews
