Description
You will coach frontline managers, support core HR processes like performance management and employee relations, and help foster a positive, high-performance culture. This role partners with the Senior HRBP and supports the Pharmacy Operations team in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience with hourly employees
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Experience coaching new and junior managers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Responsibilities
- Coach frontline managers on employee relations and performance management
- Review and approve corrective actions and performance improvement plans
- Assist with employee investigations and documentation
- Coordinate FMLA, LOA, and accommodation requests
- Support new hire onboarding and conduct exit interviews
