💼 About This Role

You'll take lead responsibility for project-related controlling and commercial steering of complex construction projects. You'll set standards and provide decision-ready insights for management. The focus is on ownership, direction, and operational proximity with regular site visits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and consolidate planning documents, budgets, and forecasts across multiple projects
• Steer project KPIs including target/actual comparisons and risk assessments
• Own management reports on performance, order backlog, and financial results
• Develop controlling and reporting systems and lead BI initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Degree in business administration, civil engineering, or industrial engineering
• Several years of experience in project controlling in construction or project-based environments
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or BI tools
• Understanding of costing software such as iTWO
• People leadership experience
