You'll serve as a strategic partner to enterprise customers, helping them unlock the full value of Contentful's platform. You'll own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities. This role offers autonomy and flexibility with ~25% travel to build strong client relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and grow executive relationships with 25–30 strategic enterprise customers.
  • Drive adoption of Contentful to improve speed to market and operational efficiency.
  • Lead quarterly and executive business reviews to align on strategy.
  • Proactively identify adoption barriers and orchestrate internal resources.

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role with Customer Success Management or Renewals Management.
  • Experience with content management systems or digital experience stacks.
  • Strong technical aptitude to explain high-level concepts to customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance or sales goals.
