πΌ About This Role
You'll serve as a strategic partner to enterprise customers, helping them unlock the full value of Contentful's platform. You'll own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities. This role offers autonomy and flexibility with ~25% travel to build strong client relationships.
π― What You'll Do
- Own and grow executive relationships with 25β30 strategic enterprise customers.
- Drive adoption of Contentful to improve speed to market and operational efficiency.
- Lead quarterly and executive business reviews to align on strategy.
- Proactively identify adoption barriers and orchestrate internal resources.
π Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing role with Customer Success Management or Renewals Management.
- Experience with content management systems or digital experience stacks.
- Strong technical aptitude to explain high-level concepts to customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance or sales goals.

- Experience with Contentful APIs and data tools.
- College degree preferred.
