💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience at BoxLunch, a pop-culture retailer that donates meals with every purchase. You'll help train new recruits, step in as floor leader, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return visits
• Open and close the store, providing leadership support
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
