🎯 What You'll Do

• Support cross-functional projects across Workday functional areas
• Capture business requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Identify and resolve process flaws with improvement recommendations
• Train team members on existing and new processes and functionality

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as Business Systems Analyst or similar technical role
• Hands-on Workday configuration experience
• In-depth knowledge of HR systems and technologies (HRIS, payroll, ATS, LMS)
