You'll manage the Apple ecosystem and Google Workspace environment for a team of 300+ building the future of AI. Your work will ensure reliable, secure, and seamless access to tools. This role combines hands-on support with automation and security compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Kandji/IRU MDM platform for device enrollment and security
• Administer Google Workspace including user lifecycle and security
• Provide expert-level support for macOS and iOS devices
• Design zero-touch deployment workflows for onboarding
• Develop automation scripts for repetitive IT tasks

📋 Requirements

• Several years of IT support with focus on Apple device management
• Proven hands-on experience with Kandji or similar MDM solutions
• Expert knowledge of Google Workspace administration and security
• Deep understanding of macOS and iOS enterprise management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SSO/identity management solutions
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or AppleScript) for automation
• Google Workspace certification
