You'll define the technical vision and strategy for Moloco's Ads Data Warehouse, building core data infrastructure that powers AI advertising solutions. You'll lead architectural design and cross-team initiatives to scale data systems for real-time and batch workflows. This role offers ownership of foundational data platforms and mentorship of senior engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive the technical roadmap and architecture for the Ads Data Warehouse.
• Lead design and evolution of data lineage, metadata management, and data catalog systems.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to establish data governance and compliance frameworks.
• Build and scale high-reliability systems for real-time and batch data workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with data infrastructure focus.
• Proven experience designing and scaling large-scale data platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Golang, Python, or Java.
