💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare as a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician, maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of heavy equipment and aerial lifts at our Charleston facility. Using our proprietary T3 platform, you'll diagnose issues faster and work smarter with real-time data. This role offers the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology (laptops and tablets) to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed
• Maintain electronic documentation of work performed

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to the position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Knowledge of construction equipment with understanding of schematics
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service or maintenance repair
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
