💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end design of key workflows for Perchwell's real estate listings platform, shaping the next generation of our B2B SaaS product across web and mobile. You'll translate complex, data-heavy workflows into intuitive interfaces, working directly with Product and Engineering leadership. This role offers high visibility and impact at a well-funded company backed by Lux Capital and Founders Fund.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full design lifecycle from concepts to high-fidelity mockups and handoff
• Translate complex data-heavy workflows into intuitive interfaces
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align requirements and scope
• Drive adoption and enforcement of Perchwell's design system

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years designing complex digital products, ideally B2B SaaS or enterprise
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems-level thinking and data-rich interfaces
• Experience building and maintaining design systems for web and mobile
• Deep fluency in interaction design, information architecture, and design systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise workflows, real estate technology, or multi-sided platforms
• Experience leading usability and end-user feedback sessions
