You'll lead Customer Success Manager and Technical Account Manager teams across the Americas and EMEA, driving customer outcomes and revenue growth. Your core impact is ensuring maximum platform value for customers while reducing churn and expanding accounts. This role stands out for its high visibility and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Engineering.

  • Drive renewal rates and reduce down-sell churn
  • Expand revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct Success Planning Workshops and execute resulting plans
  • Lead and develop a world-class customer success team

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer success leadership
  • Proven track record of driving NRR and reducing churn
  • Experience managing teams across Americas and EMEA
  • Expertise in SaaS and Sales Performance Management

  • Experience with Lattice or similar OKR tools
  • Background in high-growth SaaS companies
  • Familiarity with TAM and CSM team dynamics
