💼 About This Role

You'll own the product strategy and roadmap for personalization and experimentation across the OnePay app. You'll define how the app adapts to user behavior to drive engagement, retention, and cross-sell. This role offers rare scale with backing from Walmart and Ribbit Capital.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and execute vision and roadmap for personalization across customer experience
• Define how content, offers, and product surfaces adapt to user behavior
• Scale experimentation capabilities from discovery through launch and iteration
• Lead high-priority initiatives improving core app engagement and retention

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer tech or fintech
• Experience building personalization, recommendation systems, or growth/experimentation platforms
• Strong product sense paired with data fluency
• Track record of shipping 0→1 and iterating on product systems that scale
