💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects within Wargaming's Global IT department, coordinating distributed teams across multiple locations. You'll drive clear communication between technical and business stakeholders and contribute to improving PMO standards and best practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects within Global IT
• Coordinate distributed cross-functional teams across locations
• Plan and control project timelines, scope, and deliverables
• Create and maintain project documentation and roadmaps

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work with distributed/international teams and create documentation in Russian and English

• Technical background or understanding of IT infrastructure
• Experience working in PMO or enterprise IT environments
• Fluent Russian
