You'll define the strategy for JumpCloud's Single Sign-On (SSO) and passwordless login platform. You'll lead the transition from passwords to biometric-first, AI-governed authentication and treat AI agents as first-class digital identities. This role offers the chance to shape industry standards in identity governance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale JumpCloud Go for seamless, passwordless access to web resources
• Define onboarding and governance frameworks for autonomous AI agents
• Extend Conditional Access policies to machine-to-machine interactions
• Represent JumpCloud in identity standards forums like OpenID Foundation

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Management with FIDO2/WebAuthn expertise
• Specific expertise in SAML and OIDC
• Understanding of identity requirements for LLMs and autonomous agents
• Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into user experiences
