Description
As a Manufacturing Technician at Neuralink, you will produce critical surgical robot consumables, including needle cartridges, using lasers, optics, and welding machines. You'll work with engineers on assembly, troubleshooting, and process improvement to directly impact brain-computer interface device quality.
Requirements
- 2+ years in regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong desire to work with small, safety-critical assemblies
- Solid understanding of basic physics and chemistry
- Resourceful, flexible, and adaptable
- Experience with qualification and acceptance testing preferred
Responsibilities
- Assemble high-precision medical devices for testing and final use
- Manage inventory, stockpiles, and order requests
- Develop processes to improve quality, efficiency, and traceability
- Work with hardware engineers on testing and issue resolution
- Drive troubleshooting, data analysis, and fixture design
