You'll own the customer relationship at Bliro, a company revolutionizing sales with an AI assistant for enterprise teams. You'll drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, boost retention through QBRs, and ensure customers achieve clear ROI. This role offers direct collaboration with founders and top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive upsell and cross-sell with existing customers
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to prevent churn
• Manage 4-6 week onboarding and early adoption
• Gather customer requirements for integrations and AI

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of Customer Success or Sales Engineering experience in SaaS
• Fluent German and English
• University degree in business, engineering, or related field
