💼 About This Role

You'll lead engineering for Picarro's analyzer portfolio, owning end-to-end execution across hardware, firmware, software, and systems integration. Your core impact is driving predictable delivery of next-generation CRDS-based products while building a culture of ownership and operational rigor. You'll partner closely with R&D to bring differentiated products to market and oversee customer escalation processes like 8D and CAR.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain integrated project plans covering hardware, firmware, and software milestones.
• Lead weekly operating cadence with status, risks, decisions, and mitigation plans.
• Drive cross-functional execution for customer escalations, including 8D analyses and CAR closure.
• Manage internal and external resources, budget forecasting, and utilization tracking.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in engineering leadership roles managing managers and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven success delivering complex products in a hybrid hardware+software environment.
• Experience building and executing platform roadmaps with modular architecture.
• Strong communication to translate technical tradeoffs to executives and cross-functional partners.
