Description

Lead the engineering group that drives Brex's growth engine. You will manage teams of product engineers and Salesforce developers, set technical strategy, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field
• 8+ years software engineering experience with 3+ years managing multiple technical teams in high-growth environment
• 3+ years progressive Salesforce development and architecture experience
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, platform APIs)
• Experience architecting integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of product engineers and Salesforce admins
• Drive architectural vision and technical roadmap for Salesforce platform, GTM applications, and marketing website
• Champion AI-native solutions in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and CX workflows
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into engineering backlog and own metrics like CAC and payback
• Oversee operational excellence, sprint capacity, and engineering best practices for Salesforce ecosystem
