Description

In this one-year temporary role, you will support and manage procurement activities across multiple regions and business units, working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on contract renewals, onboarding, and negotiations. You'll contribute to cost optimization while ensuring alignment with governance and high service quality.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Legal, or similar
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Good working knowledge of Excel and MS Office
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Support and manage contract renewals, extensions, and new contracts
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers on pricing, terms, and service levels
• Coordinate procurement activities from request to contract signature with Legal, Finance, and internal customers
• Act as trusted procurement partner for internal stakeholders across countries
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support group-level synergies
