You'll perform professional fee coding audits of medical records for healthcare data collaboration and provide coder education through the auditing process. You'll ensure accurate coding with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifiers while staying abreast of regulatory changes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform professional fee coding audits of medical records
• Provide rationale for coding changes with specific references
• Keep current with regulatory coding changes
• Organize and prioritize multiple cases concurrently

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional fee coding and/or auditing
• CPC certification required
• Maintain 95% accuracy rate
• Experience with Epic and other EMRs

✨ Nice to Have

• CPMA certification preferred
• Experience with Cerner EMR
