💼 About This Role

You'll lead long-term injury rehabilitation and artist reintegration for Cirque du Soleil artists at the Montreal headquarters. You'll drive a structured, evidence-based continuum of care as the key clinical and operational interface between the central clinic, touring shows, and physical preparation teams. This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making using injury burden and severity KPIs to optimize return-to-performance pathways.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead clinical rehabilitation strategy for long-term injuries in Montreal.
• Coordinate artist reintegration with coaches, physical prep, and medical providers.
• Manage long-term disability cases with structured progression and documentation.
• Serve as liaison between central clinic and touring show performance medicine teams.

📋 Requirements

• University degree in physiotherapy or sports therapy with Quebec licensing.
• 12+ years of experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, ideally high-performance or performing arts.
• Expertise in complex long-term injury management with safe return to performance.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.
