💼 About This Role

You'll be the first point of contact for IT support at Celonis, troubleshooting macOS and Windows issues for our global team. You'll ensure seamless IT operations and support the Madrid office. This role offers hands-on experience with modern tools like Intune and Kandji in a fast-paced, international environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as first point of contact for IT support requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on macOS and Windows.
• Install, configure, and maintain computing equipment and peripherals.
• Manage onboarding process for new employees in Madrid office.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory.
• Proficiency in M365 administration and support.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Intune and Kandji MDM.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification.
• Familiarity with video conferencing systems like MS Teams.
