Description

You will lead a team of fullstack engineers building and maintaining the backend for our Game LiveOps platform, working closely with product teams to deliver high-performance tools and features for real-time operations and engaging gameplay experiences.

Requirements

• Professional experience as senior software engineer with team leadership role
• Track record of working on complex products, leading initiatives from 0 to 1
• Hands-on experience in modern backend languages (Python strongly preferred)
• Solid experience with RESTful services and modern web frameworks (Vue.js or Angular)
• Experience with relational databases, caching solutions, and containerized solutions in AWS

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of fullstack engineers, improving development processes and tools
• Collaborate with production and product owners to own the development cycle
• Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across disciplines
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and professional training of the team
• Lead development of scalable web services and live operations features
