💼 About This Role

You'll provide critical administrative and compliance oversight for the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee at Neuralink, supporting ethical and regulatory compliance of all animal research activities. Your work ensures the highest standards of animal welfare while advancing brain-machine interface technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate logistics for IACUC meetings
• Review protocol submissions for completeness and compliance
• Track protocol status and action items to ensure deadlines
• Serve as liaison between investigators, veterinary staff, and IACUC members
• Maintain official and electronic IACUC records

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biology, animal science, or related field
• 1+ year experience in research compliance or IACUC administration
• Knowledge of federal regulations (GLP, AWA, PHS Policy, Guide) and AAALAC
• Organizational and project management skills

• CPIA certification
• Experience in biotech or medical device research setting
• Background in neuroscience or GLP-regulated preclinical research
