You'll join a team at the interface of generative AI and synthetic biology, designing proteins using frontier models and experimental validation. You'll generate insights to improve protein functionality and operate between machine learning and lab units. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design proteins using generative AI models for experimental validation.
• Coordinate with lab engineers to optimize design and validation strategy.
• Analyze experimental results to improve model performance.
• Develop and execute biochemical assays for wet-lab validation.

📋 Requirements

• PhD (or equivalent industry experience) in computational biology, bioinformatics, or related field.
• Proven track record of running protein design campaigns end-to-end.
• Experience with generative AI modeling including model training and large-scale inference.
• Extensive wet lab biology experience with independent execution of design campaigns.
