Description

You will serve as the internal communication hub for performance issues related to top accounts, ensuring customer commitments are documented and delivered on time. You'll partner with Sales and Proposals teams pre-award and coordinate post-contractual performance requirements across complex agreements. This role also supports legal research and operational tasks to drive efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• 4+ years relevant experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience with project management and contract management software
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities
