💼 About This Role

You'll set technical direction for core platforms, endpoints, networks, and security within IT Operations at CarGurus. You'll drive reliability, scalability, and automation across a high-growth SaaS environment. This role is the most senior individual contributor on the IT Systems team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design complex configurations for core IT platforms
• Develop enterprise-wide endpoint management strategies
• Implement scalable and secure network configurations
• Define security strategies and lead incident response

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT systems engineering/administration
• Deep expertise in identity, collaboration, directory systems
• Proficiency with Python, PowerShell, Terraform
• Experience in environments with SOC 2 or SOX requirements

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace/M365, Jamf, Intune
• Partnership experience with Security Engineering and GRC
