You'll lead and grow key retail partnerships for an expanding CPG ice cream brand. Your core impact will be delivering top-line growth and executing best-in-class joint business plans across strategic national accounts. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own P&L and revenue for a portfolio of national accounts
  • Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs)
  • Identify and unlock distribution opportunities
  • Build and maintain senior-level retailer relationships

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of CPG sales experience with national accounts
  • Proven success managing top-tier retailers (e.g., Whole Foods, Target)
  • Experience in frozen, refrigerated, or perimeter categories
  • Strong commercial acumen with ownership of a customer P&L

  • Background in natural, premium, or better-for-you brands
  • Experience in both growth-stage and scaled organizations
  • Experience working with distributors and broker networks
