๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead and grow key retail partnerships for an expanding CPG ice cream brand. Your core impact will be delivering top-line growth and executing best-in-class joint business plans across strategic national accounts. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own P&L and revenue for a portfolio of national accounts
- Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs)
- Identify and unlock distribution opportunities
- Build and maintain senior-level retailer relationships
๐ Requirements
- 10-15+ years of CPG sales experience with national accounts
- Proven success managing top-tier retailers (e.g., Whole Foods, Target)
- Experience in frozen, refrigerated, or perimeter categories
- Strong commercial acumen with ownership of a customer P&L

- Experience in both growth-stage and scaled organizations
