• Support Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
• Deliver world-class in-person training to new team members
• Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain store standards
• Uphold compliance with shipments, transfers, and loss prevention

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years Retail Management experience
• High School Diploma required
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30lbs
• Available to work 40 hours/week including weekends and holidays
