💼 About This Role

You'll lead the research and creation of multimodal AI models integrating genomic, transcriptomic, imaging, and clinical data for oncology applications. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead research into novel multimodal AI models and collaborate on strategy and study design.
• Architect, train, and validate MMAI models integrating genomics, transcriptomics, and imaging.
• Drive proof-of-concept projects from definition to model development and dissemination.
• Design pipelines for ingesting and harmonizing diverse data modalities.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, genomics, biostatistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in industry.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, and SQL.
• Strong experience with cloud computing environments (AWS preferred).

• Experience with advanced ML architectures (transformers, multimodal fusion, attention mechanisms).
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GDPR) and data governance.
• Knowledge of cancer biology, immunology, and clinical trial design.
