💼 About This Role

You'll guide small to mid-sized customers through onboarding onto Brex Empower, helping them shift from outdated processes to a modern finance platform. You'll develop product knowledge and sharpen project management skills while owning the customer's long-term success. This role blends customer empathy, project management, and technical expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Organize and facilitate customer meetings, manage agendas and action items.
• Configure Brex to address customer business needs.
• Manage stakeholder communication and track timelines and deliverables.
• Assist with spend migrations and support end user adoption.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS or consulting.
• Exposure to project coordination or structured implementation work.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Financial, Expense Management, or ERP software.
• Familiarity with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or Corporate Card programs.
