💼 About This Role

You'll train and mentor newly hired RNs and LPNs while maintaining a small caseload of adult and geriatric patients in their homes. You'll collaborate with clinical managers to ensure ongoing staff competencies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs
• Provide one-on-one clinical training during home visits
• Collaborate with RN Clinical Manager on staff competencies
• Perform RN Case Manager duties including medication administration and wound care

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of one year of recent Home Health experience
