Description

In this role, you will monitor and track parts through production, ensure timely delivery, maintain MRP/ERP data accuracy, and coordinate off-site processing. You'll work closely with planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to drive workflow consistency and reduce logistics lead-time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ year administrative experience
• Must be available for all shifts, overtime, and weekends
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted and stand for 8+ hours
• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirement)

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts to ensure timely delivery to next production location
• Push/pull physical movement of parts through receiving, stock rooms, purchasing, production
• Coordinate off-site processing of parts for on-time delivery
• Ensure MRP/ERP data cleanliness and accuracy
• Develop and maintain reports for needs, deliverables, constraints
