Description

You will manage sourcing and procurement for construction projects and capital equipment at SpaceX's Starlink program. You'll create contract strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and drive cost optimization to support rapid growth and enable a multi-planetary future.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in engineering, purchasing, supply chain, or construction; or 10+ years without degree
• Experience in construction project management, contract negotiation, or procurement
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage large-scale industrial construction projects
• Proficiency in budget tracking and cost analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contract management processes for construction and capital purchases
• Create sourcing strategies to reduce risk and meet cost savings targets
• Build strategic sourcing models to optimize value and reduce expenditures
• Manage supplier performance through SLAs, KPIs, and contract compliance
• Drive year-over-year cost optimization through negotiations and waste reduction
