Description

You will prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and support financial reporting and audits. Collaborating with the Accounting Manager, you'll ensure accurate and timely financial deliverables while contributing to the company's growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field
• 1-3 years experience in financial analysis or relevant business experience
• NetSuite or general ledger system experience
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and statutory accounting principles
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries and maintain general ledger
• Complete bank reconciliations and account variance analysis
• Prepare supplemental financial exhibits and analyze trends for management
• Assist with external and internal audit schedules and document accounting policies
• Develop and maintain financial reporting dashboards using NetSuite
