• Manage complex calendars for engineering leads
• Coordinate internal and external meetings across time zones
• Support project management tooling and process improvements
• Draft internal communications and facilitate knowledge transfer

📋 Requirements

• Experience supporting senior level executives in a corporate environment
• Proven experience in end-to-end project management
• Proficient in scheduling meetings in multiple time zones using calendar tools
• U.S. Person status required for export controlled data
