You'll manage the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing. Your core impact will be streamlining payment workflows and resolving vendor discrepancies. This role offers a chance to automate processes using tools like Coupa and Concur.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review invoices and credit memos for accuracy and authorization
• Perform invoice and general ledger entry with account coding
• Reconcile vendor statements weekly and resolve aging items
• Audit and process expense reimbursements via Concur

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and advanced formulas
• Strong understanding of GL accounting principles
• Ability to perform high volume manual entries with extreme accuracy

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Coupa and SAP Concur
• Experience with Oracle Fusion
• Previous experience with a restaurant company
