🎯 What You'll Do

• Sand surfaces of transformers for paint adhesion
• Pressure wash oils and debris from units
• Tape off areas that should not be painted
• Remove plastic and tape after painting

📋 Requirements

• Comfort with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work full-time schedule 6 AM-4 PM
• Good communication skills in-person and via email
• Willingness to learn and take direction
